Look at the top right-hand corner - there is a button to <Sign Up!>, or you can use your Facebook id to sign in.

Fill out the usual list of details to get your account started, and then you are right to go!

Why don't you start by adding a profile picture and a few details about yourself? After that, if you click on the <Members> tab (towards the right-hand end of the green line of tabs under the header image) you can see the profile pictures for all wiki members - click on their name and add them as a friend!

Important!
The menu on the top left there lets you jump around to whatever pages you like.
